Alain Juppé, mayor of Bordeaux between 1995 and 2019, declared himself “very sad” at the announcement of the disappearance of Nicolas Florian died this Sunday following a stroke. Alain Juppé was Nicolas Florian's political mentor. It was he who brought him from Villenave-d'Ornon, in the Bordeaux suburbs, to join his list in the 2014 municipal elections.
