Nampalys Mendy could leave RC Lens this winter. The Senegalese environment is no longer part of the club’s plans, both on a sporting and economic level. Six months before the end of his contract, several clubs are interested in his profile.
RC Lens wishes to reduce its squad. In addition to David Pereira Da Costa, the club has placed Mendy on the departure list. According to RMC Sport, two Ligue 1 clubs and a foreign team are interested in the player.
In Ligue 1, Saint-Étienne would be a possible destination. However, Mendy’s salary constitutes a barrier for some suitors. The question of a transfer fee also complicates the negotiations.
