Hero Dubai Classic: Adam Bresnu, first Moroccan and Arab golfer to make the cut during a Rolex Series tournament

At the age of 20, Adam Bresnu continues to impress with each of his participations in international tournaments. After finishing in the top 6 of the PIF Saudi International against the best professional players of the Asian Tour and the LIV Golf League, the elite golfer of the Royal Moroccan Golf Federation signed a new high-level performance last Friday, in passing the cut of the “Hero Dubai Classic”, a Rolex Series and DP World Tour tournament, thanks to a card of two strokes under par. A major feat for the young golfer from the “Road To The Tour” program, especially since it is a first for a Moroccan and Arab player in a tournament which brings together the elite of world golf, like Australian Adam Scott.

Ambition in your eyes

Just after his performance at the PIF Saudi International, Adam Bresnu confided to “Matin” that this type of feat was only the beginning, and that his ambition was to become the first Moroccan to join the prestigious PGA Tour. “My long-term goal is to join the PGA Tour, which is considered the best golf tour possible, but not just to participate or win one or two tournaments. I want to win a lot of tournaments and titles and, why not, be able to win major tournaments. My dream would also be to mark the history of this competition and, above all, the history of national golf,” confided the young 20-year-old golfer.
