The session of Thursday January 16, 2025 at the BRVM was marked by a slight increase in the main indices.

The BRVM Composite gained 0.31%, reaching 270.93 points, while the BRVM 30 increased by 0.32%, to 136.23 points, and the BRVM Prestige posted a notable increase of 0.64%, reaching 112.48 points.

The total volume of transactions amounts to 338.97 million FCFA for 87,706 securities exchanged. Among the best performances, SETAO CI (+4.88%) and TOTALENERGIES MARKETING SN (+3.91%) stand out, while NEI-CEDA CI (-5.63%) and AIR LIQUIDE CI (-5.26 %) recorded the largest declines. SONATEL SN dominates transactions with 108.17 million FCFA exchanged, confirming its position as market leader.
