The Covid-19 force fund file sent to the financial center

It appears that the pace of investigations has accelerated. Indeed, according to Libération, the Covid-19 Funds file has been officially transmitted to the financial center. The same sources reveal that the financial prosecutor’s office is preparing to appoint an investigating judge to take charge of this case, while another aspect should be referred to the High Court of Justice.

As a reminder, the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) has finalized and transmitted its reports since July 2023. In addition, the main conclusions of these investigations revealed much more in-depth elements than those noted by the Court of Auditors.
