Creation of the ZLECAF: customs updates list A

In relation to the agreement creating the ZLECAF, the Customs and Industrial Tax Administration (ADII) communicated in a circular the modifications to the customs nomenclature introduced by the 2025 Finance Law.

List A, creating the ZLECAF, has been updated. The list thus contains all the products subject to import from Morocco to a tariff dismantling of the import duty (DI) as well as the parafiscal import tax (TPI), since January 1, 2021.

The duration is spread over 5 years for countries on the P1 list and over 10 years for countries on the P2 list.
