Stéphane Plaza is questioned about an episode of physical violence denounced by the first complainant. The events took place, according to the young woman, in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, where she said she was punched in the shoulder while she was on the phone with her mother.
“I repeat to you face to face: there was no violence! Why the mother is making this statement. I don’t know! But I’m going to say everything… I refute all the acts of violence and this one, yes!”
According to the account given by the host in court, the day took place in an alcoholic atmosphere, in the presence of a friend of Stéphane Paza and this man’s family. “We decide to take a boat to go to a beach in Saint-Tropez. We have lunch. And there, I don’t drive. We have lunch with Ruinart champagne and we eat scallops. And we start dancing on the tables . It’s festive,” says the host.
His partner at the time then allegedly gave him “a fit of jealousy”. “I’m not saying anything,” he assures. Once back at their home, Stéphane Plaza said he continued to drink alcohol. “After dinner, I sleep. I sleep, I sleep and I snore,” he admits.

Subsequently, Stéphane Plaza assures that he did not “receive a text message”. “There is not a message where they tell me what happened,” he insists.
