The esplanade of the Grand Théâtre de Dakar vibrated this Saturday to the sound of the Grand Bal 2025. Under a shower of sparks and fireworks, the audience, in a trance, let themselves be carried away by the rhythms of the Super Étoile and the magic of an unforgettable duo: Youssou Ndour and Wally Ballago Seck.
At 1:55 a.m., the surprise appearance of Wally Seck made the spectators burst into joy. Acclaimed by a euphoric crowd, the chief Faramaren joined the King of Mbalax on stage. Together, they delivered a memorable rendition of “Bess-bi”, a moment full of complicity and energy which left its mark and enhanced this exceptional night.
The party continued with the arrival of some unmissable talents on stage. Ami Collé Dieng, Ndiolé Tall and Bakhaw took over, each bringing a unique touch to this already legendary evening.
The Grand Bal 2025 has once again confirmed its status as a flagship musical event, uniting generations and enthusiasts around majestic performances.
