The Presidency of the Government announced, this Saturday, on its official Facebook page, the terms of the social amnesty relating to the cancellation of late penalties on contributions to social security schemes and the compensation scheme for damages linked to work accidents and occupational diseases.

Self-employed workers, whether they work in the agricultural or non-agricultural sectors, can also benefit from the total cancellation of late payment penalties. This cancellation is conditional on full repayment of the principal amount of the debt and prosecution costs, over a maximum period of 60 months. In this case, each monthly payment must be at least equivalent to the amount of the monthly contribution.

This initiative aims to relieve members in financial difficulty while promoting the regularization of social security contributions. It is part of an overall government strategy to strengthen social protection and support economic actors.
