Oppo is preparing to market its very first Ultra-grade Android tablet. The device is expected to launch fairly quickly in order to complement the Pad 3 series as a flagship product and allow the OEM to compete more effectively with other manufacturers such as Samsung and Honor in the process.
To that end, prodigious leaker Digital Chat Station has begun dropping hints about the existence of an upcoming tablet with the technology“flexible narrow frame packaging” necessary for the launch of an extra-flat OLED screen.
However, it seems that its manufacturer, like Samsung, has not been able to integrate its front sensors into this thin border, and must include a notch instead.
Therefore, this new information could be further evidence that the “Oppo Pad 3 Ultra” will look a lot like its namesake from Samsung.
Furthermore, its 14-inch screen could have a refresh rate of 144 Hz, compared to 120 Hz for the Tab S10 Ultra (currently available for only $899.99 in renewed condition on Amazon).
The “Pad 3 Ultra” could also have one of Oppo's features, namely a round screen and ultra-fast wired charging, especially for an Android tablet.
