Purchasing train tickets and viewing traffic information were temporarily no longer possible on the SBB app on Wednesday afternoon due to a disruption. The problem was resolved around 3:30 p.m., a spokeswoman told Keystone-ATS
The former federal authority had provisionally recommended that users go to ticket counters or distributors or buy their tickets via applications such as “EasyRide”. The CFF has not yet been able to explain the origin of the breakdown, as the «Blick» was the first to report.
Users had to go to counters or distributors.
