Speaking as Commander-in-Chief, during Exercise Kansala 2024, a five-day strategic program aimed at consolidating the operational effectiveness of the armed forces, the President stressed that the joint military exercise aims to strengthen the operational effectiveness of the troops. The exercise, which will take place from December 19 to 23, will focus on military and community outreach activities.
