Serviceplan Make partnered with ICI PARIS XL to carry out their Family & Friends campaign, a great success aimed at engaging beauty members and their loved ones while strengthening brand awareness and driving sales.
For this campaign, Serviceplan Make was responsible for the writing, creative development and delivery of the various campaign materials. In the Netherlands, five versions of A5 direct mailers were tailored to specific customer segments, such as perfume and makeup enthusiasts, each including a voucher card. In addition, in-store vouchers were created to support the campaign. These materials are distributed five times a year.
In Belgium and Luxembourg, the campaign is distributed via A4 letters, each including three shareable vouchers, sent to beauty members six times a year. Serviceplan Make has also produced in-store vouchers for these regions.
Trackable QR codes were integrated into campaign materials, enabling real-time tracking and providing the flexibility to update codes even after printing. In the Netherlands, Serviceplan Make also provided copywriting for email communications, ensuring consistency of the Family & Friends message across all channels.
Since May, Serviceplan Make has been working closely with ICI PARIS XL for this ongoing campaign. Through a combination of creative content and innovative technology, the campaign managed to maintain a strong connection with ICI PARIS XL’s diverse customer base, in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The sustained engagement and measurable impact of the campaign underline the success of this partnership.
