(GIDE AFRICA) – Gide advised FIFA on the installation of an African branch in the territory of the Kingdom of Morocco. Gide’s intervention covered the different aspects of the project, namely legal due diligence, structuring, negotiation and drafting of a “headquarters agreement” concluded with the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Royal Moroccan Federation of Football, as well as assistance for the creation and establishment of the Moroccan entity of FIFA.
The signing of the Headquarters Agreement took place on December 16, 2024 in Marrakech (Kingdom of Morocco) on the sidelines of the award ceremony of CAF Awards 2024.
