A case of incest shakes the Diamaguene district, in the commune of Bambey, in the Diourbel region. A man was surprised, on the night of December 8 to 9, by his sister having sexual relations with their mother, who suffers from reduced mobility. He was arrested and taken into custody at the Bambey urban police station.
According to the newspaper L’Observateur which provides the information in its publication this Wednesday, the events took place in Diamaguène, behind the railway tracks. The accused, recently returned from Gambia, divorced and with nearly two children, was sheltering under the family roof. But behind this desire to build relationships with his family, hid a most vile thought.
He committed acts of incest against his own mother, a woman weakened by cardiovascular problems (Stroke) and incapable of defending herself. However, his bad actions will be unmasked thanks to the vigilance of his sister.
The latter, having seen the first sordid signs such as disturbing clues, inconsistencies which insinuated an unpleasant truth. Wanting to clarify her doubts, she carried out her own investigation, with a view to finding out for sure following her insinuations.
Thus, it was on the night of December 8 to 9, 2024 that the horror was revealed. Watching in the oppressive silence of the house, the young woman surprised her brother in the act of a vile act. What she saw could have destroyed her, but she kept her composure, although shocked and distraught.
Without waiting, the next morning, the sister took all her courage to denounce the sexual abuse of which her mother was a victim. She filed a complaint against her brother with the Bambey urban police station after confessing to everything she saw that evening.
The man was immediately arrested by elements of the Bambey urban police station and was placed in police custody.
Still according to the same source, at the end of this, he should probably be referred today to the prosecution of the Diourbel High Court.
