Police arrested the other person involved in the collision, a 30-year-old man who was transported to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

According to our information, the suspect was driving at high speed and allegedly failed to make his mandatory stops before hitting the car of the 55-year-old man who was arriving at his residence.

The suspect allegedly tried to flee the scene on foot, but was overpowered before he could escape and drugs are believed to be involved.
