We know why Raja Casablanca chose not to fire Ricardo Sa Pinto despite his modest results since he took the reins of the club. The Portuguese coach has not signed a single victory since his arrival, settling for five draws and two defeats.
According to Adil Omari, the Radio Mars journalist, the Greens must pay no less than four million dirhams if they decide to separate from Sa Pinto. “Before joining Raja, the Portuguese set one condition. The club will have to wait until 2025 to sack him and pay him, in this case, two months’ salary. If he wishes to terminate his contract now, Raja will have to pay him four million dirhams,” reveals the journalist.
As a reminder, Raja had recruited Bosnian coach Rusmir Cviko at the start of the season, whose contract was quickly terminated after two consecutive defeats in the league against Renaissance Berkane and Ittihad Tangier. He was replaced by Abdelkrim Jinani, who had managed to string together three consecutive victories, before being in turn replaced by the Portuguese Sá Pinto, who has still not signed a victory since his arrival.
