Au Within the new Bella Vista housing complex in Neuchâtel, two new buildings offer apartments with supervision dedicated to AVS/AI beneficiaries. The rental of these apartments meets the objectives of the housing policy and medico-social planning for the elderly in the Canton of Neuchâtel. An open day organized on Wednesday December 4, 2024 will allow visitors to visit the 40 new apartments.
Wednesday December 4, 2024, from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., a new building in the Bella Vista housing complex, located on avenue du Vignoble 4 in Neuchâtel, will open its doors to the population. An official party, which will coincide with the presentation of the AE label (apartment with supervision), will be held at 2 p.m. in the presence of representatives of the canton, the City of Neuchâtel, as well as the architect and the developer. Information on supervision services will also be provided during the visits.
Of purely private origin and built by the CCHE architecture office, the 40 new apartments available for rental benefit from the AE label, have a common room and offer support services.
The opportunity to discover a remarkable intergenerational diversity project meeting Minergie energy standards, located near the bus stops and shops of Portes-Rouges. Located on the former site of the Metalor company in Neuchâtel, the Bella Vista complex includes 280 accommodations in total. It offers apartments with supervision dedicated to AVS/AI beneficiaries, PPE, free-price rental, as well as affordable rental housing.
The cantonal objective is to create 1,800 apartments with supervision in the canton by 2030; there are 608 to date.
