5 – GAVROCHE OF ITON
It would be hard to find a more reliable horse at the start of this Quinté+. Very serious, he has not been disqualified in harness racing since October 2021. In great shape, he has already won three races in 2024, always with Bruno Beaucamp, his driver once again, and is performing very well on right-handed courses, such as the one at Vichy. He has no margin, but his success at Saint-Malo, over a similar distance, in 1’14”7, gives him a good chance. Logically, all the indicators in our categories are green and he is the one who gets the best score with a 17/20.
13 – GAI MATIN
This son of the champion Hot Night is having a very good career and at 8 years old, he still has good days ahead of him. This Tuesday, he faces a targeted engagement. If he will discover the Vichy track, Guillaume Gillot’s resident is on the other hand an excellent right-hander. For this event where he is ideally placed at the ceiling of the gains, he will find Jean-Michel Bazire. Their only association resulted in a second place in December 2021, on the cinder track of Vincennes. It’s up to JMB to play to win this Quinté+ which bears his name!
