Among these thousands of supporters, some decided to go to Germany by bus. A team of RTL info journalists also followed Belgians who set off this morning from Huy, arriving in Düsseldorf around noon. As you would expect in a bus full of Devils supporters, the atmosphere was high.
“France was not better than us during the groups, I think there is a way to beat them, and I think we will beat them.” says a very motivated supporter. “We are confident, we will win, that’s for sure“, adds a Belgian supporter who is sure of the Red Devils’ strengths.
For Joachim, a young supporter on the bus, this France-Belgium has a special flavor: it takes place on his birthday. “I expect a victory, I’m not afraid of the French team, they’re not playing very well at the moment”.
“They had better wake up to their latest performances“, says Marc, another supporter in good shape.”The clash with the supporters will make them understand that it was not enough. Plus, the fact that the French look down on them, I hope they will be super motivated.”
