The Prime Minister of Canada will deliver remarks during an appearance at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly at the Palais des Congrès in Montreal on Monday.

Justin Trudeau will thus participate in the 70e annual session of this event which will bring together 281 parliamentarians from 32 NATO member countries as well as around a hundred members from 25 countries and parliamentary bodies.
They will all discuss key defense and security topics that concern the countries bordering the Atlantic Ocean. Allied support for Ukraine, support in the wake of the Washington summit and issues related to climate change and technologies will be on the agenda.
The fight against disinformation, the future of the armed forces and the challenges posed by China are other themes that will be discussed during this session.
Mr. Trudeau’s office did not specify the subject of his speech.
