Today, Monday, November 18, the province of Berkane witnessed the official opening of the first and second digital administrative annexes, on the occasion of the celebrations of the 69th anniversary of the Independence of Morocco, a step which reflects the commitment of the region in the implementation of digital governance. project, which falls within the framework of the High Royal Directives. This event is a continuation of the fifth digital province inaugurated previously and considered a pioneering model at the regional level.
This event was chaired by Muhammad Ali Habouha, governor of the Berkane region, accompanied by the president of the local scientific council, as well as Muhammad Jalloul, president of the regional council, and Muhammad al-Ibrahimi, head of the Berkane community. In addition to the Pasha of the city and the head of the “Tarifa” group, men, representatives of decentralized interests, civil society activities, a number of citizens and political actors of the city also participated in the event . .
This digital project aims to facilitate users’ access to administrative services and improve the quality of their daily transactions. The two administrative annexes have been equipped with advanced equipment including electronic panels, new generation computers and digital portals allowing citizens to carry out numerous operations. services, such as applying for housing certificates, contract increases and licenses. Additionally, a dedicated portal has been provided to track requests, ensuring transparency and speed in completing transactions.
