On February 10, 2023, while driving his car, on a departmental road in the Paris region, Pierre Palmade collided with another vehicle which was traveling on the other lane. Under the influence of cocaine and other drugs, the comedian swerved to the left, seriously injuring a driver and two passengers. Yuksel was driving his son and pregnant sister-in-law. Although the accident was not fatal for any of the passengers, it was nevertheless fatal for the child the young woman was carrying. On November 20, Pierre Palmade will appear for involuntary injuries. The actor will ultimately not be tried for homicide: the baby was stillborn and according to justice, he cannot be considered a person. The victims’ lawyer will try to change this case law at the hearing. Pierre Palmade faces up to 14 years in prison and a fine of 200,000 euros.
Pierre Palmade affair: the French actor will be judged on November 20
A few days before the actor’s trial, the TF1 magazine “Sept à trois” looked into the case, collecting exclusive testimonies, including that of the victim, Yuksel. “I had surgery on my stomach, shoulders, legs, feet. The doctors told me that I would have after-effects. I no longer have feeling in three of my fingers. And when I walk, the plaques I have in my legs cause me a lot of pain. Even to wash and walk, I have to ask my loved ones for help,” confides the driver of the damaged vehicle. His son was also scarred. “He’s not doing well at all,” says Yuksel. “He doesn’t want to go out anymore. Because of the scars on his head, he is in constant pain. He can no longer stand the sun or the cold. He has plaques in his mouth. When he eats, his jaws get tired very quickly. He had to repeat his CE1 class. The teachers explained to me that he has panic attacks and can no longer concentrate. »
“He was completely knocked out”
The report from “Sept to Eight” also gave the floor to the transsexual prostitute, Sacha, with whom Pierre Palmade had spent the evening, at his home in Cély-en-Bière, before committing the irreparable. “We met through social networks. He invited me to have paid sex,” explains the escort. “I knew him mainly addicted to cocaine and alcohol, but he also took synthetic drugs. » According to the young woman, the comedian took drugs to improve his sexual performance. On the evening of the tragedy, another of Pierre Palmade’s escorts managed to obtain eight syringes in a pharmacy, in order to inject synthetic drugs, supplied by a trafficker already convicted for similar acts. Seeing the situation becoming unhealthy, Sacha preferred to leave the area, before Pierre Palmade also decided to take his car. “Everyone tried to consume their dose, there was no real sharing. » At that moment, the actor is “completely knocked out”, according to the prostitute. “He hadn’t slept for days, he was on drugs and medication. »
