The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) has just announced a new measure aimed at reducing the administrative burden on its pensioners in Morocco. beneficiaries in Morocco will no longer have to travel to agencies or provide a life certificate to prove their existence.
The CNSSE indicates that this decision results from the establishment of a dematerialized system for exchanging data with other administrations, aimed at automating the verification of the lives of beneficiaries.
For pensioners living abroad, however, the Fund maintains life control through a form to be completed and stamped by a competent authority. This document, once completed, must be returned to the CNSS to allow payments to continue.
This digital system is part of a broader strategy to simplify administrative procedures, aiming to offer better service and reduce constraints for elderly beneficiaries, particularly those whose mobility may be reduced.
