The curtain fell on Saturday on the 7th edition of the International Aeronautics and Space Show Marrakech Air Show (MAS 2024), with a breathtaking spectacle by the prestigious aerobatic team of the Royal Air Forces (FRA) Marche Verte.
Thus, a large audience, all ages combined, had the opportunity to admire the various demonstrations and individual, duo or group figures, brilliantly executed by the seasoned acrobats of this patrol whose reputation is no longer in doubt. demonstrate.
Among the demonstrations presented was an artistic work during which the pilots drew the number 25 in the sky, in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the accession of King Mohammed VI to the Throne.
The members of this world-renowned team continued their impressive performance by drawing “the double heart”, which symbolizes “the perfect symbiosis between the King and the people”.
Amazed by this sublime show, the public also scanned the sky to admire the unprecedented spectacle of the “Cherifian star”, symbolizing the heart of the national flag, as well as other complex demonstrations which provide information on confirmed talent, professionalism and the know-how of the pilots of the Marche Verte patrol, which is among the most experienced teams in the world.
Organized jointly by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the National Defense Administration and MEDZ, a subsidiary of CDG, this 7th edition of the Marrakech Air Show, of which the United Arab Emirates was the guest of honor, was an opportunity to highlight the growing importance of Morocco on the world aeronautical scene.
In an exhibition space of 12,500m2, MAS 2024 welcomed professionals and official delegations from the four corners of the world.
Placed under the High Patronage of King Mohammed VI, this year the Show experienced unprecedented participation with around 200 exhibitors, more than 75 official delegations, spectacular aerial demonstrations, a dynamic exhibition and a rich program of high-level conferences dealing with emerging trends and current and future challenges in the sector.
