Speaking to students in Tehran, Khamenei warned that Israel and its main supporter, the United States, would be punished for their military actions against Iran and “resistance groups” in West Asia . “The enemies… will undoubtedly receive a scathing response,” he said.
According to Mr. Khamenei, Iran is fully prepared to take military, political and logistical measures to counter “global arrogance,” a term Iranian officials use to refer to the United States and its allies. He also urged the Iranian people to fight resolutely and without hesitation against this “global arrogance.”
