The senior official stressed “extremely limited access” to the northern areas of this Palestinian territory, which “almost no aid has been able to reach for weeks, with illegal restrictions continuing” from Israel. “Many are now facing starvation”he assured.
At the same time, Mr. Turk charged, “Israeli army strikes hospitals, staff and patients killed or injured or forced to evacuate”.
