The consolidated turnover of the Compagnie de Transports au Maroc (CTM) reached, in the first half of 2024, 360 million DH, an increase of 22.8% compared to the same period of 2023, mainly supported by interurban transport. and coach rental.

The integration of the AML and Issal Madina subsidiaries into the consolidation scope also contributed to strengthening this growth, indicates the CTM in a press release on its results. The Net Profit Share of the Group as of June 30, 2024, amounts to 12 million DH, thus marking a decline due to the seasonality of the new integrated activities.

In the first half of 2024, the total investment amounts to 434 million DH dedicated on the one hand to the renewal of the fleet and on the other hand to the acquisition of 51% of the capital of Africa Morocco Link (AML) held by Bank of Africa. The Social Net Profit improved by 33%, thanks to the combined effect of growth in activity (+10% of turnover) and cost control.
