A new establishment witnessing violence. A student was “beating wheel” by another in the locker room of the gymnasium of the Jouffroy d’Abbans college in Sochaux, reports France Blue which confirms information from the Is Republican . The scene took place on March 28, 2024 in front of five of their comrades, who filmed and broadcast the video.

On Monday April 29, the Montbéliard police went to the school to arrest the five third-year students who filmed the scene. The one who carried out the blows was summoned to the police station. The 15-year-old girl, already excluded from college after a disciplinary council, will be presented to the prosecution this Friday, May 3. All suspects will be summoned to appear before the juvenile court in July.

The public prosecutor of Montbéliard remindsIs Republican that “the simple fact of filming this scene exposes them to the same sanctions as if they had given blows”. Still according to our colleagues, the five girls who filmed partially admitted the facts. Some explain that they were forced to film by the person who carried out the blows.
