This Saturday January 25, 2025, TF1 is preparing to broadcast the grand finale of the Star Academy. For the occasion, the set will welcome a five-star cast: Pierre Garnier will make his return, accompanied by Matt Pokora, Sofia Essaïdi, Damiano David, Amel Bent and this season's godmother, Clara Luciani. And of course, the two finalists will offer solo performances to try to seduce the remaining undecided people. But before that, fans will be treated to an emotional moment: the entire class of 2024 will sing the anthem together one last time Start me again, marking the end of this incredible adventure and the approach of the tour.
Who, Ebony or Marine, has the best chance of winning the Star Academy? The clear opinion of an expert!
While the polls are still going hot and cold between the two finalists, Ebony seems to have already won over a large portion of fans. But be careful, Marine is not left out: the young artist knew how to make an impression throughout the adventure. To see things more clearly, Ciné Télé Revue asked the opinion of Dida Robbert, an essential vocal coach who has trained talents for The Voice Belgium et The Voice Flanders. His analysis is as clear-cut as it is enlightened: “They are both technicians. We have precise treble, we have vibrato games”she asks straight away before distinguishing their styles: “For me, Marine, it's a little warmer in sound. Whereas Ebony is a little more pinched. We are a little more in an American stamp.”
-Despite a close analysis and praise given to the two artists, Dida Robbert finally decided: “Singing technique, I would lean towards Ebony, also as a performer and danceras a complete artist. But today, we want more than a singer, we want more than a voice, we want humanity, we want to be touched by the person. So I think my personal taste technically would go for Ebony, but I think for this show […] I will go for Marine.” Then to conclude: “I think Marine will go to people’s hearts more than Ebony, even if Ebony is an extraordinary artist.” However, nothing is decided yet and the opinion of viewers could be completely different.
