An epidemic that is growing in Skyrim
Released for the first time in 2020, Death Consumes All had already won over players with its 10-hour, fully voiced main quest and its innovative concept. The basic idea remains the same: a deadly plague is spreading across Skyrim, transforming the inhabitants into undead creatures. Thanks to a realistic propagation system, the disease threatens to engulf the entire kingdom, forcing players to make crucial decisions in an attempt to save what can be saved.
But version 2.0, titled Death Consumes All – DLC Quest Mod (Revamped), takes the experience to a whole new level. Now, the mod offers a main quest of around 30 hours, with enriched missions and an even more captivating storyline.
What changes in this new version
Skyrim mod creator Anbeegod has completely overhauled the experience. Here are the main new features:
- Improved and new quests : old quests have been revised for better narration and fluidity. At the same time, new complex missions and a prologue have been added, bringing the total to more than 17 quests.
- More dialogues and choices : The update includes 1,000 additional lines of dialogue, providing even more depth to the player's characters and decisions.
- Adjusted gameplay : the fights have been reworked to be better balanced and more immersive. As a bonus, it is now possible to disable the spread of the plague for a more flexible experience.
- Fewer bugs, more compatibility : Optimizations have been made to limit conflicts with other mods. Great news for fans of multiple mods.
