TV personality Lee Hee Chul sadly passed away earlier this year.
Lee Hee Chul died on January 7 while undergoing treatment at a university hospital in Seoul. According to media reports, his sudden death occurred following a myocardial infarction. All this was unexpected and shocked everyone close to him.
He had been hospitalized a week earlier for a chronic illness but nothing suggested such a rapid end, which greatly affected his loved ones.
The funeral took place on January 10 at Suwon Crematorium. Lee Hee Chul’s little brother shared on social media:
“Our brother, who was always full of energy and love, suddenly embarked on a long journey to heaven on the 7th due to a myocardial infarction. He cherished and prioritized everyone around him as much as he did his family. Although he seemed strong, he was gentler than anyone else. Please join us in ensuring that his final journey is not lonely and is filled with beauty. We will never forget the precious hearts of each of you. »
