Clara Luciani recently released her third album, My bloodlast Friday, November 15.

Clara Luciani is on all fronts

This musical opus, composed of 13 tracks, notably includes a duet with Rufus Wainwright. In parallel with her musical career, the godmother of the 2024 season of the Star Academy is also preparing to star in the musical Pretty Pretty of Diastème, where she will perform the songs of Alex Beaupain alongside Laura Felpin, Grégoire Ludig, and William Lebghil.

In May 2023, the performer of In Grenada had announced on her social networks that she was expecting her first child. A few months later, at age 32, she gave birth to a baby boy. This new album is also dedicated to him.

During her interview with Bernard Montiel on RFM, Clara Luciani spoke of the special moment after childbirth. Asked by the host about listening to songs related to parenthood, he made her listen to Diagnosis by Alanis Morissette, a song that addresses the delicate subject of postpartum depression.

I obviously had a moment where I found it very difficult to manage my emotions because I was both the happiest woman in the world and at the same time I had a fairly inexplicable form of sadness and I found it difficult because even if it is something where speech is freed around all that… We talk about it a lot more in fact we are supported from a medical point of view a little better, but there is always this guilt for feeling this sadness at this moment in his life because in fairy tales it doesn’t happen like that.
