???? New version of Metalorgie! ????
You’ve probably noticed it if you’re a regular, but yes, the site has benefited from a big update, it’s even a complete overhaul that has been carried out. We started from scratch and redid everything. Metalorgie having let out its first cries in 2001, it was necessary at some point to be able to review everything flat.
So first of all, a big thank you to those who contributed to this DIY project, which we hope is as “pro” as possible:

- – Maya for devops,
- – bacteria for the code,
- – All those who participated directly or indirectly in its creation / test / (Manon, Julz, Clément, etc.)
- – And obviously all the site’s contributors: without them, Metalorgie would be an empty shell.
And one special thanks to you, our generous donorswithout whom all this would have been impossible. A large part of the work was voluntary except for certain skills or services impossible to pay for without your donations, so if the site exists, it is also thanks to you. Its continuity also depends on you. All donations count, thank you to those who do or have done so.
We wanted to create a site that could already meet current uses (yes, it’s FINALLY navigable on mobile, 2012 here we come!). We also tried to better highlight the content we produce and offer different ways of making discoveries. For example, more visible playlists, including one on new releases which will be updated continuously.
We’re not going to list all the new features for you, and we’ll let you discover all that already. We will gradually detail what has changed or been added. Above all, this version is only the beginning to offer content/tools/… subsequently. For the moment, we will already adjust the site and tackle the bugs, inevitable on such a new version, and take a breather after a few years of development.
