Kanye West is once again the subject of a complaint from former members of his staff questioning his behavior and his breaches of contractual obligations. This time, the plaintiffs are eight employees from around the world who were recruited by the rapper to develop YZYVSN, a streaming service application used to promote Vultures 2the second studio album by his American hip-hop group, ¥$.

According to the Washington Postthe plaintiffs sought in their complaint filed last weekend payment of their unpaid wages, damages for “emotional distress” caused by a “hostile work environment” and payment of their legal costs.

“New Slaves”

Among the grievances against the singer, we learn that he called his employees “slaves” or “new slaves”, while other elements of the complaint are similar to accusations already made against Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband in recent times.

Some of the plaintiffs, including minors as young as 14, accuse West of exposing them to pornographic content and repeatedly abusing them about their age, origins, gender and sexual orientation through the communication platform Discord, formerly used by the Yeezy company.

Addictions et contradictions

“No barriers were put in place to prevent YZYVSN’s minor employees from working on Yeezy Porn, or to prevent them from being exposed to and forced to view pornography to perform their jobs,” the complaint states. A former associate of the rapper, cited as former head of personnel, Milo Yiannopoulos, denied in a post on X the accusations and the very existence of Yeezy content of a pornographic nature.

The rapper, who has already spoken in the past about his “addiction to pornography” having “nearly destroyed his family”, nevertheless declared in April, according to TMZ, that he wanted to produce pornographic films.
