Michel Polnareff unveils this Monday the first single from his future album, which will be released on February 28, 2025, seven years later Finally!his last original studio album.

White glasses and long bleached hair, here comes Michel Polnareff again: the artist with multiple hits announced Monday his return, at the age of 80, with a new song, a future album and a next tour.

“Event: ‘My behind tour’ throughout in 2025 and the Accor Arena on June 14, and new unpublished album on 02/28/25”, is it written on the Instagram account of the interpreter of We will all go to heaven.

He has already announced the release of a new single entitled Sexcetera. It will be revealed exclusively in TF1’s 1 p.m. news on Monday, the channel said. This new song will then be available from 2 p.m.

His new opus will be released on February 28, seven years later Finally!last original studio album, and three years later Polnareff sings Polnareffcomposed of covers of his piano-voice repertoire and certified gold with more than 80,000 copies sold.

A concert in London

On the tour side, Polnareff will begin with a date at the Eventim Apollo in London at the beginning of April, a first for him, before continuing with concerts in France, starting with the essential Printemps de festival.

“Michel Polnareff will open the 49th edition of the festival during an event concert which will mark his first visit to Bourges and the start of his “Derrière tour” in France,” wrote the organization of the event on Instagram.

In the musical landscape since 1966 with The Doll Who Says NoPolnareff left his mark on French song with his style, his voice and his songs hummed by several generations: Love me, please love me, Love with you, Letter to France, Goodbye Marylou and others.
