Jamie Lee Curtis
Actress Jamie Lee Curtis’ family has sold her childhood home to Quincy Jones. “His musical legacy is and will be written for the rest of time, but the verisimilitude of time and place and the family DNA are very personal and little known. “My celestial twin Quincy was a titan in the musical world. He was a wonderful and unique human being, lucky to have known him,” wrote actor Michael Cain on the X platform. Both were born on March 14, 1933.
Hayden Panettiere
“How incredibly lucky I was to be able to spend time and share memories with this gem of a human being. The idea that even someone with his charisma and courage could not live forever is difficult to accept. But what a legend, what a gentleman and my heart goes out to his in-laws. We will miss you Q,” actress Hayden Panettiere said on social media.
Jonas Tomalty
Quebec singer Jonas Tomalty published a photo of himself with the famous musician. “I honestly don’t know how to reconcile this or put the loss of Quincy’s life into poetic terms. Thank you for all you have shared with the world and for truly guiding the lost artist to the blessed audience. Your ability to find the message in the messenger and allow the poet to sing his story will be an art that few will ever gift to the world again. Thank you and bless you, Quincy Jones. »
