BTS’ RM is set to release his new solo album, Right Place, Wrong Person, on May 24. Ahead of its release, he unveiled “Come back to me” as a single, accompanied by a cinematic music video. The clip shows RM running through what appears to be a maze. He goes from room to room, finding himself in different situations and living different lives, but he is never truly happy until the end, when he leaves with the only person he is happy with.
Until he found happiness in video, one of the lives he found himself in was that of a husband and father. We saw him with a woman and a girl, brushing their teeth together. Immediately, ARMYs couldn’t help but find amusement in this scene, even more so than in the moment when he was a baby. It’s a bit of an inside joke within the fan community that goes way back. So, ARMYs wondered if he inserted it for that reason.
For years, ARMYs have joked suggesting that RM could not only be BTS’s parent, but also the father of several children in his personal life.
Some have gone so far as to claim they have found evidence that RM has a secret family. This includes RM sometimes removing a ring from his finger during interviews, suggesting that this would be a sign that he is already secretly married.
However, when asked about his wedding plans, RM claimed that he doesn’t even know when he will get married despite the incessant rumors surrounding the topic.

RM recently revealed before he enlisted that he dreads marriage. Guesting on tvN’s variety show, “The Dictionary of Useless Human Knowledge,” the rapper shared his concerns about marriage. However, he had previously assumed he would get married, likely due to societal expectations.
First of all, this seems pretty scary to me…I’m not sure about that. Promising eternity to someone, making it official and getting your friends together… Before, the idea of asking myself, “Will this ever happen in my life?” ”, seemed natural to me. I thought that when the time came, I would get a job, work hard at life and get married.

RM has since recognized that his life does not have to conform to society’s expectations. So, he is uncertain about the possibility of marriage in his future.

Marriage is a serious commitment and therefore should not be taken lightly. It’s also not a goal for everyone. No one should feel obligated to do anything just because others suggest that is how one should live. Only we can know what is best for us. Living with a spouse does not guarantee happiness.
It seems that the music video for the song “Come back to me” conveyed this exact feeling. RM depicted the different lives that society tries to impose on us, only to find personal happiness in the end, far from the expectations of others.
