A damning interview with ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin was published on April 23 by Korean media outlet Ilgan Sports. This is the CEO’s most recent interview published since her differences with HYBE became public. During her interview, Min made it clear that she never tried to take ownership of HYBE’s stake in ADOR and denied allegations that she tried to seek investment overseas.
“I have never met investors to seize the management rights of HYBE (in ADOR). Likewise, I have never tried to take executive rights as HYBE claims. How could I do it with my 18% capital (in ADOR)? It is impossible for me to seize the management rights since HYBE holds 80% of the capital. Furthermore, ADOR cannot leave HYBE without its consent. Min Hee Jin then pointed out that the reason HYBE requested her resignation was only because she raised internal company issues, saying:
