Three months after the death of his mother Françoise Hardy, it seems that Thomas Dutronc is doing better, as he has just shown on his social networks. However, the 51-year-old singer went through a very difficult ordeal at the time of his mother’s death and he recently revealed the upsetting content of their last text messages exchanged. “One evening in Châtellerault, after a concert, three weeks before her death, she sent me a text message at 1 a.m.: ‘I love you more than anything’. I replied: ‘Me too, my dear mother’ with photos of me as a baby with her.”he explains in an interview with Parisian. And to continue: “Then I got another message: ‘I’m dying.’ I was panicking that I wouldn’t see her again. But she recovered and I had time to say goodbye.”
A complicated period therefore for the son of Jacques Dutronc who has just mentioned the legacy left by his mother Françoise Hardy in the columns of Figaro. “I will especially try to highlight his musical heritage. We talk about it with Étienne Daho who knows all this so much better than me.”explains Thomas Dutronc, before adding: “We’re going to do things. For now, I’m going to focus on my tour. We’re trying to pay tribute to him, obviously. I don’t know how yet, it’s not easy.” And speaking of his tour, the singer of the hit I like Paris more has an important date tonight since he will play in a legendary venue in the capital, La Cigale.

It’s going to be rock tonight at La Cigale too”Thomas Dutronc writes in the caption of a photo of himself in which we can see him with a look quite different from usual. Slicked back hair, sleeveless t-shirt, jeans and sunglasses, the musician has chosen a very successful rocker look. He adds as a bonus the sign of the horns with his right hand, one of the emblems of this musical style. And the cherry on the cake, he reveals his muscles which has not escaped his subscribers!
Currently on tour, Thomas Dutronc is not letting his mother’s death get him down and is showing that he is still full of resources.
