“Blah, blah, blah, d’la poupée!” No Pookie this time, but a figurine! The famous American brand Bratz has unveiled a new doll in the image of Aya Nakamura. It is simply the first time that a French woman can boast of having a doll from the firm in her image, underlines the Parisien website.

In a long green dress, adorned with diamonds and other rhinestones, Aya Nakamura wears her blond hair in a bun. If the firm was inspired by the appearance of the singer of “DjaDja” at the Met Gala last spring, Bratz probably didn’t miss the performance of the queen of French RnB at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games a few weeks ago, accompanied by the Republican Guard.

The floral dress by Balmain and designed by designer Olivier Rousteing caused a sensation last May. A phenomenon that Bratz has immortalized with a representative doll.

The American brand uses the most influential stars for its collections. It recently released a doll in the image of Kylie Jenner and a few months ago in the image of Jenna Ortega, alias “Wednesday” in the eponymous series broadcast on the Netflix platform.
