A fall of around thirty meters!
We have little information on the dramatic accident which took place yesterday in the town of Massiac, in the Cantal department. According to information from our colleagues at France Bleu, yesterday morning, around 11 a.m., a hunter in his fifties fell while carrying out his hunting activities. The man then slipped down a slope for around thirty meters. Very seriously injured by his fall, the man was located and then rescued by rescuers called to the scene. The victim, in absolute emergency, was airlifted to Aurillac to be admitted to the Henri Mondor Hospital Center. We currently do not know the precise nature and location of his injuries as well as the evolution of his state of health.
