Pushed out six months ago, Ernest Nuamah resisted. The Ghanaian winger has understood the message this time and is heading towards Everton. Unless…
Last summer, wanting to part ways with a player who was unable to find his place and prove decisive, OL reached an agreement to send Ernest Nuamah to Fulham. The Ghanaian, in tears, had disappeared while undergoing the medical examination with the London club, making his transfer impossible. The Rhone club and its supporters did not hold it against him, believing that the player who passed through Molenbeek to be able to sign for Lyon showed a strong desire to establish himself in the city of Les Gones. But six months later, nothing is better, and his dribbling and his sequences are not wreaking havoc in Ligue 1, despite some interesting appearances in the Europa League. Direction the Premier League again for Nuamah, who this time has given his agreement to OL to discuss with clubs.
Two other English clubs interested
As revealed this Thursday, it was Everton who reached an agreement worth 20 million to try to save themselves in the Premier League with new players. Please note, however, that Nuamah has not yet given its approval to this transfer. According to Sky Sports, the Lyon winger would rather join Fulham, who are still courting him and who are having a much better season than the Toffees. This while Crystal Palace also put him in their sights. OL remains open to all offers, especially since Everton has just changed managers and has many avenues under study. A new twist of theater is therefore possible for the future of Nuamah, even if this time, his departure is hardly in doubt.
