On Sunday, September 15 at 9:10 p.m., TF1 broadcasts Bullet train. A successful film, adapted from a particular work…

For many years in the world of cinema, first as a stunt coordinator, then behind the camera, David Leitch has made a difference in 2022. Indeed, with Bullet trainan action film as colorful as it is wacky, it has enjoyed a great reputation. A gain in popularity that it owes in particular to a high-profile cast composed of Brad Pitt, Joey King, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Brian Tyree Henry, Andrew Koji, Hiroyuki Sanada, Michael Shannon, Sandra Bullock, and even the successful singer Bad Bunny. Stars at the service of the adaptation of a cult Japanese novel…

Bullet train : five hitmen in the grip of doubt

Bullet train takes us into the strange reality of a group of five hitmen. On board a train between Tokyo and Morioka, they will all cross paths, prisoners of a final mission. Everything will unfold through the eyes of Coccinelle, an assassin in the midst of existential delirium about his role in life, the fault of his “professional activity” dedicated to crime. While he is ordered to get his hands on a mysterious piece of luggage, he will come into contact with “colleagues” all as dangerous as him, such as Citron, Mandarine, or even Le Loup et le Frelon. Questions will therefore arise… Who will manage to get out of this journey alive? What will happen when they arrive?

Bullet train adapted from a novel “fatalist”

We are really impressed, Bullet train is a film that unfolds its scenes at high speed. Neon lights and action scenes merge, not without a few twists and turns to great effect. All made possible thanks to the novel Maria Beetlesigned Kotaro Isaka, don’t Bullet train is the adaptation. Published in 2010, this book is structured around a questioning of fatality, which we find on screen, as the screenwriter Zak Olkewicz specified in the press kit of the feature film, mentioning the character played by Brad Pitt: “Ladybug considers her bad luck a curse, but in reality, she proves to be a catalyst for good luck for others.” Note that his fight scenes were inspired by burlesque comedies performed by Buster Keaton, Harold Lloyd, and Jackie Chan. In short, an explosive cocktail!
