28 years laterit is one of the most anticipated projects of 2025 and the years to come. The continuation of 28 days et 28 weeks later will be a trilogy, the first part of which will be released this year and will be directed by Danny Boyle (Trainspotting, Sunshine). While the second opus (titled The Bone Temple), scheduled for January 14, 2026, will be directed by Nia DaCosta (Candyman, The Marvels), it was recently announced that the third film should find his historic Danny Boyle in the making.

A highly anticipated return, like that of actor Cillian Murphy. As a reminder, this new film 28 days later will bring together Jodie Comer, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Ralph Fiennes. We will find the survivors of the Fury Virus there, almost 30 years after the start of the epidemic. A community of survivors has taken refuge on a small island, but one of its members will have to reach the continent and discover the terrifying world that has developed there. The movie will be released on June 18 in our French cinemas.
