Although Cobra Kai is reaching the end of its run with its sixth season, there are still big plans ahead that will continue to expand the universe of Karate Kid. The first step will be Karate Kid: Legendsa new film that will bring together for the first time Daniel LaRusso y Mr. Heplayed by Ralph Macchio y Jackie Chan. With a premiere scheduled for the middle of next year, Sony Pictures presented an exciting preview, stoking the expectations of fans of the iconic martial arts franchise.

With this latest fiction reaching its conclusion, the creatives have acknowledged that there are several tentative ideas for future spin-off that expand this universe even further.

Karate Kid: Legends will hit theaters on Friday, May 30, 2025.
