Hugh Grant became a father quite late. The British actor, who appeared on the Kelly Clarkson Show, still seemed overwhelmed by his fatherhood.
The Love Actually star is the father of five children, aged six to thirteen.
Hugh Grant first gushed about his young family on the set of the Kelly Clarkson Show, before talking about his late fatherhood.
“Finally, there are a lot of things to fear because I’m old, and it’s noisy, it’s unbearable and I often hide in the toilets,” he confided with humor. “I sleep in there a lot now… There’s a lock, but they practically broke it.”
Fortunately, the star of Love at First Sight in Notting Hill also enjoys good times with her offspring.
“It’s nice. I come home tonight, and you know, let’s be honest, the moment when they jump into your arms… The six year old, you know, she calls it her chimp hug. I like it,” he admitted, before adding with emotion: “I made myself cry.”
Hugh Grant has a daughter, Tabitha, 13, and a son, Felix, 11, with his ex-partner, Tinglan Hong. He has been married since 2018 to Swedish television producer Anna Eberstein, 41, with whom he had a son, John, 12, a daughter, Lulu, eight, and another daughter, Blue, six.
