At this rate, the creation of a timeline of the DC Comics Cinematic Universe will quickly become necessary… DC Comics has just announced a five-issue mini-series entitled ‘Peacemaker Presents: The Vigilante/Eagly Double Feature!’, which will therefore bridge the gap between seasons 1 and 2 of Peacemaker. On the script and drawing of the part on The Vigilante, we will find Tim Seeley and Mitch Gerads, while Rex Ogle and Matteo Lolli will take care of the part on Eagly… with a certain James Gunn to oversee the whole thing (#StoryConsultant). Release scheduled for March 2025!
Adrian goes to Peacemaker’s house to drink beers and blow things up, but he finds that Chris and Eagly are gone. Immediately thinking they’ve been kidnapped or worse, Vigilante prepares for a vengeful spree against the local criminal community. / Peacemaker goes to Alaska to get some fresh air with his best bird friend, Eagly. While traveling aboard a small plane, they and the other passengers are gassed and knocked unconscious. When they wake up, they find themselves hunted by a dangerous group of supervillains… a far cry from the peaceful vacation Chris had in mind! But the hunters don’t know that their eyes were bigger than their stomachs…

The series Peacemaker returns in 2025 on Max, with John Cena (Christopher Smith/Peacemaker), Jennifer Holland (Emilia Harcourt), Steve Agee (John Economos), Danielle Brooks (Leota Adebayo), Freddie Stroma (Adrian Chase/Vigilante) et Frank Grillo (Rick Flag Sr.).
