Fans of sagas, franchises and great shows, find out if your favorite film was voted for by AlloCiné spectators, who determined by their votes which were the 10 best feature films released during the decade 1980-1989. And there are one or two surprises there.

We had already reviewed the 10 best films of all time, but this time, it is a question of deciding which feature films were the most unanimous within the AlloCiné community.

Once upon a time in America unbeatable

The highest rated feature film of the 1980s on AlloCiné is therefore this film directed by Sergio Leone and released in theaters in 1984. This is not surprising because Once Upon a Time in America is considered one of the greatest feature films never done, a fresco (4h11 for the long version) recounting the life of Noodles, a former gangster addicted to opiate substances with which he remembers his past.

Noodles

Noodles is subtly interpreted by Robert De Niro, at the top of his art, magnified by the sense of direction of Leone, who is then signing his latest feature film. We also find in the cast James Woods, Elizabeth McGovern, Treat Williams, Burt Young, Joe Pesci, Jennifer Connelly and William Forsythe.
