The film was a huge success, grossing over $441 million at the worldwide box office. Since its release, it has ranked among the cult films of an entire generation. Few people know that the family feature film was also nominated for several Oscarsincluding Best Actor for Robin Williams.

Although the reunion of Jakub, Wilson and Lawrence brings a smile to the nostalgic faces, it is also a beautiful tribute to Robin Williams, a talented actor and comedian who has been greatly missed since his death in 2014.
